This product integrates distribution cabinets, variable-frequency power supplies, intermediate transformers, compensation capacitors, measurement systems, and power-frequency test transformers into a single integrated box.
The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:
Three-phase/single-phase transformers
🟦 High voltage: 36 kV and below (36 kV–4.16 kV)
🟦 Low voltage: 0.12–1.5 kV
🟦 Impedance: 2–10%
🟦 Capacity: oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, with voltage up to 5000 kVA

🟦 System measurement accuracy: precision transformers with an accuracy of 0.05 class/YOKOGAWA WT500 and above power analyzers
DC resistance and turns ratio are tested by one-time wiring using test vehicles. Data can be uploaded to the regular testing system. No-load, load, inductive withstand voltage, and power-frequency withstand voltage tests are all manually wired according to the test procedures, and the computer program will automatically complete the tests. After the tests are finished, the results will be automatically calculated, and the factory test report will be exported.
